复方丹参滴丸联合左西孟旦对老年 CHF 患者炎症因子及血管活性物质水平的影响

摘要 目的:分析复方丹参滴丸联合左西孟旦对老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者炎症因子及血管活性物质水平的影响。 方法:选取 118 例老年 CHF 患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各 59 例。对照组采用左西孟坦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组疗效及心功能、炎症因子、血管活性物质水平和不良反应。 结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径、血清 C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白介素-6、内皮素-1 以及血管紧张素-Ⅱ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论:复方丹参滴丸联合左西孟旦治疗老年 CHF 患者,可提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能水平,抑制血管活性物质生成,降低机体炎性损伤,且安全性高。

Effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with levosimendan on levels of inflammatory factors and vasoactive substances in elderly patients with CHF

Abstract Objective: To analyze the curative effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with levosimendan on levels of inflammatory factors and vasoactive substances in elderly patients with CHF. Methods: A total of 118 elderly patients with CHF were randomized into the observation group and control group, each with 59 cases. The control group were treated with levosimendan, while the observation group was additionally treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group. Then, the curative effect, changes of cardiac functions, levels of inflammatory factors and vasoactive substances, and adverse reactions as well were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the overall response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05); left ventricular end systolic diameter ( LVESD), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD), serum C-reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6),endothelin-1(ET-1)and angiot -Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)in both groups were decreased, which were lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05); and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: For CHF patients, compound Danshen dripping pills combined with levosimendan can improve the clinical effect and cardiac function, inhibit the production of vasoactive substances and reduce inflammatory injury, which is of high safety.
